Eat For You

Don’t you get tired of hearing ‘you should eat this’ or ‘you shouldn’t eat that’, or ‘this fruit is the super food now’ and ‘that grain is so toxic’. It is just endless. It’s almost impossible to keep up with the advice given by nutrition experts, spiritual folk or other body enthusiasts. And do you know what else? Maybe, everyone is unique and how their body interacts with food is specific to them. So maybe it’s time to stop following the advice of others, and follow your own?

Here we support eating what you want, consciously. Not listening to other people’s rules, suggestions, beliefs or ideas, but instead being real with yourself and letting your own body lead you. If that means you are feeling low and feel a pizza will actually support you than go for it! If you feel like making a green smoothie than that’s what your body needs.

For some people, rules and restriction don't actually work, and in fact can have a counter effect. Even for those where they apparently do work, they often don't stick for a lifetime. Why because We, as human beings, crave and NEED freedom. The last thing we really want is restriction. All changes to eating habits should be done because YOU have choosen so and not because it’s a trend, or because you really want to make such a change. Listen to yourself deeply. Don’t try to be anywhere other than where you are, this is being real with yourself.
